We are all about bringing the entire travel experience—discovery, planning, and purchasing into one seamless hub. With Happ, you can easily explore top attractions, tours, and activities, making it simple to turn inspiration into action and spend more time enjoying your trip.

About Us

Our legal name is Happ Travel Inc. Our HQ is based out of Toronto, Canada, at 1655 Dupont St, ON M6P 3T1.

Happ is built with the traveler at its core—designed to make exploring, planning, and purchasing memorable experiences effortless. We curate and aggregate a mix of both commercial and free attractions—places we believe you should consider visiting while traveling.

While we offer tickets for many experiences, we don’t have sellable tickets for 100% of the commercial locations featured on our platform. However, we do our best to make your journey as seamless as possible by providing helpful details and directing you to trusted sources when needed.

As an intermediary, we help you find and purchase tickets, but the experiences themselves are operated by third-party providers.

How These Terms Work

By booking through Happ, you agree to these terms. Since we act as a reseller, your tickets and experiences are fulfilled by the providers themselves. That means additional terms from the provider may apply, and by purchasing, you agree to both our terms and theirs.

If something goes wrong with your booking, we’ll do our best to resolve it. If a provider can’t fulfill your order, you’ll get a full refund.

What We Expect from You

• Enter accurate details at checkout so we or our trusted purchasing partners can send your tickets.
• Use Happ for personal bookings only (no reselling).
• Follow the provider’s guidelines, like arrival times or any special requirements.
• Respect our work and don’t copy or replicate any part of our platform without our permission.

Your Agreement with Experience Providers

When you book through Happ, we send your request to the experience provider. Once confirmed, your agreement is with them. We facilitate the booking, but we don’t run the experience itself.

Each provider has its own cancellation and refund policy, which you’ll find in the product description. If a booking is non-refundable, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

If you run into any issues during your visit, reach out — we’ll work with the provider to find a fair solution.

Liability

Happ serves as an intermediary platform, connecting travelers with third-party experience providers. While we strive to curate high-quality experiences and offer a seamless purchasing process, we do not operate, own, or control the experiences listed on our platform.

By using Happ, you acknowledge that:

• The experiences, attractions, and tours available through our platform are provided by independent third parties, who are solely responsible for their operation, safety, and fulfillment.
• Happ is not liable for any cancellations, changes, accidents, injuries, losses, damages, delays, or dissatisfaction related to an experience purchased through our platform.
• Any issues or disputes regarding an experience should be addressed directly with the provider. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, ultimate responsibility lies with the provider.

For places where we do not offer sellable tickets, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, details such as pricing, availability, and policies may change. We recommend checking with the official provider to confirm the latest information before your visit.

Privacy & Your Account

We take privacy seriously and only share your details with providers when necessary to process your booking. Want to learn more? Check out our Privacy Policy.

You can use Happ without an account, but creating one makes it easier to not lose your stashed places, plans and access your purchase and trips history.

Sharing Your Experience

We’d love to hear about your adventures! If you share reviews, photos, or feedback with us, you grant Happ permission to feature them on our platform. We just ask that you keep it respectful and only share content you have the right to use.
